HOW TO BOOK

Do you book accommodation for us?
No, we do not handle accommodation bookings. Clients are responsible for arranging their own accommodation directly with the hotel or Airbnb. Our service solely focuses on decorating the space.

Can you access the room without us being there?
Yes! To allow us access, simply add our decorator’s name to the hotel guest list or booking. This ensures we can enter the room to complete your setup even if you’re not present.

Who is responsible for cleaning the room afterward?
Most hotels provide complimentary cleaning services the following day, meaning they will usually handle tidying up after your stay. However, for larger or more detailed setups, we recommend confirming your hotel’s cleaning policy in advance to avoid any unexpected charges.
Please note that we do not return to the venue to collect or dismantle decorations — all décor items are yours to keep.

How can I make a booking?
To secure your booking, please complete our inquiry form with your event details. Once submitted, we’ll contact you to confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via PayID or bank transfer. Full payment details will be provided during the booking process.
